I’m beyond thrilled to welcome you to the Keykeeper Saga website—a cosmic crossroads where the Tavern of Realms comes alive, and Alice, Leo, and their quirky crew are ready to whisk you into a multiverse of epic stakes, heartfelt bonds, and just the right dash of humor. If you’re a fantasy fan who loves sprawling adventures with found families and a sprinkle of whimsy, you’re in the right place.

This saga started with The Keykeeper’s Awakening, where Alice, a single mom and ex-barista, gets yanked from her coffee-slinging life on Earth into the Tavern of Realms—a mystical hub linking countless worlds. With her seven-year-old son Leo by her side, she discovers her destiny as the Keykeeper, wielding a magical Key to battle the Riftmaker’s chaos. They journey through realms like Astraelion’s starry wonder and Veynthar’s unforgiving deserts, forging a family with allies like Ivor, the orc chef whose ladle is as legendary as his slime-slaw specials.

Fast forward three years to The Collector’s Hunt, and Alice is a seasoned Keykeeper, tackling Glacidia’s icy storms and the shadowy Collector, all while the Devourer’s hunger looms. Leo’s nearly 11 now, tinkering with spider-bots that beep like they’ve got opinions of their own—straight out of my daughter Tereza’s wild imagination!

So, how did this multiverse come to be? It all started with a late-night doodle of a key, sparked by Tereza’s endless “what if” questions. She’d ask things like, “What if a coffee lady had a magic key?” or “What if spider-bots threw a party in a magical tavern?” Those ideas bloomed into Alice’s journey—a mom who trades espresso shots for cosmic battles, proving courage and love can stitch a fractured multiverse back together. The Tavern became the saga’s beating heart, with its glowing lanterns, Ivor’s pepper-scented stews, and spider-bots that might just unionize one day (Leo swears they’re plotting!). Each realm, from Astraelion’s cosmic vistas to Glacidia’s singing glaciers, grew from my love for worlds that feel alive, teeming with wonder and peril.
